TechyBoy provides professional web development, web design, ecommerce development, and custom web application development services. Detailed scopes of work for any given project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or WhatsApp) before project commencement.
Payments for our website development services are subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the start of your project. Generally, an advance payment is required to commence development, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before the final website goes live on your primary domain. All prices listed on the website (e.g., ₹1,999) are base prices and may vary depending on custom requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, TechyBoy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on TechyBoy (excluding custom client assets provided by you). All intellectual property rights are reserved. Once a client's website is fully paid for, ownership of the website's final code and custom design transfers to the client.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary business information, images, logos, and content required for website development. Delays in providing this material may result in extended project delivery timelines.
In no event shall TechyBoy, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the websites we develop for you. We build websites according to modern web standards, but we are not responsible for subsequent server outages, third-party software updates breaking site functionality, or losses incurred through the operation of your business.
We work closely with clients during the development phase to ensure satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of web development labor, refunds are generally not provided once development work has commenced. Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope are accommodated.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patan, Gujarat.
